Alcohol


The First Most Essential Key……. GET SOME SLEEP!!!


Get good at saying no to the night sesh and yes to the day sesh only.


What To Drink:

  • Avoid beer at all costs

  • Straight, with water or mineral water, Gin, Vodka, Tequila or Red Wine with lemon, cucumber, celery, lime and pineapple

  • DO NOT MIX WITH JUICES OR SODA

Food To Avoid:

  • High on omega 6 foods (omega 6 increase damage to cells with alcohol)

  • High fat meats and poultry especially chicken skin (KFC)

  • Soy, Corn, Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Oil, Nuts and Seeds

Foods To Eat:

  • Eggs

  • Salmon

  • Greek yoghurt

  • Bone broth

  • Berries

  • Asparagus

  • Grapefruit

  • Avocado

  • Green veggies

The Best Meal To Have Before

Huge Fish Salad With Various Veggies

Mixed dark green leafy veggies, salmon or barramundi, avocado, grapefruit and a bone broth

  • 600ml water large pinch of celtic salt, ½ lemon

  • Probiotics

  • Melatonin (smallest dose possible)

  • Magnesium

  • Move whilst drinking

  • Exercise

  • Sleep

  • Meditate

  • Sunlight

  • Cold shower

Prior To Drinking
